How do access codes work?
After purchase you receive a code by email. Enter it on the photo tool page to unlock premium for the plan duration, on any device.
Are the exported photos accepted by authorities?
We follow the published specifications (size, head ratio, background, file size). Final acceptance is always decided by the receiving authority.

Can I get a refund?
If the tool fails to produce a compliant photo for your case, contact support within 14 days and we will make it right.
